Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dumo LLC ("Dumo," "Liora," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website, our Adobe Premiere Pro panel, and related services (together, the "Services"). Liora is built to keep your creative work private: your footage and project files stay on your own machine, and Liora connects to the AI subscription you already control.
1. Introduction
We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy or our practices, please contact us at support@getliora.app. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.
This policy applies to our website, our Premiere Pro panel/extension, and any other service that links to it. It does not apply to third-party products you connect to Liora, such as your Claude Code or OpenAI Codex subscription, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
We collect information you voluntarily provide, which may include:
- Account information such as your name and email address when you register
- Billing details when you purchase a plan (processed by our payment provider)
- Messages and support requests you send us
- Feedback, survey responses, and beta or waitlist sign-ups
Sensitive information. We do not collect or process sensitive personal information (such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or biometric data).
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website or use the panel, we automatically collect certain technical information needed to operate and secure the Services and for internal analytics, including:
- Log and usage data (IP address, access times, pages viewed, features used, error/crash reports)
- Device data (browser type, operating system, Premiere Pro version, hardware and configuration)
- Cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookies section below)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, operate, and improve the Services
- Create and manage your account and authenticate you
- Process transactions and send related billing information
- Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
- Respond to your questions, comments, and support requests
- Monitor and analyze usage, trends, and activity to improve the product
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and security threats
- Send marketing communications where permitted (you can opt out at any time)
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
4. Your Footage & Projects
Liora is designed so your creative work stays yours. This section describes how the panel handles the media and project data you edit.
- Your media stays local. Liora operates on your active Premiere Pro sequence on your computer. We do not upload, store, or keep copies of your video, audio, or source footage on our servers.
- What the AI sees. To carry out your instructions, Liora sends the minimum context needed — such as clip names, timecodes, timeline structure, and the text of your request — to your connected AI provider. It does not send your raw video files.
- You approve changes. Liora proposes edits that you review and approve, and every action it performs on your timeline can be undone in Premiere Pro.
5. AI Features & Model Providers
Liora provides features powered by artificial intelligence. Rather than running our own metered model service, Liora connects to the AI coding assistant you already subscribe to — currently Anthropic's Claude Code and OpenAI's Codex ("AI Providers").
- When you use an AI feature, your prompt and the relevant project context are processed by the AI Provider you have connected, under your own account and subscription with that provider.
- Your use of these features is also subject to the AI Provider's terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to review them to understand how they handle your input and output.
- You must not use the AI features in any way that violates an AI Provider's terms or policies.
6. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information only when we have a valid legal basis to do so, namely:
- Consent — where you have given us permission for a specific purpose (you can withdraw it at any time)
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Services you have requested
- Legitimate interests — to improve, secure, and market our Services where your interests and rights do not override them
- Legal obligations — to comply with applicable law
9. How Long We Keep Information
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (such as tax or accounting requirements). When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible.
10. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Services within a secure environment at your own risk.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- Access and receive a copy of your personal information
- Correct or update inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise these rights, contact us at support@getliora.app. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such message. EEA/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
12. US State Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal information, access it, correct it, delete it, obtain a copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To make a request, email us at support@getliora.app. We will verify your identity before acting and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.
13. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
14. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most browsers offer a "Do-Not-Track" (DNT) setting. Because no uniform industry standard for DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted, we will update this policy accordingly.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we may notify you by posting a prominent notice or contacting you directly. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
